925 silver, also known as sterling silver, is a high-quality form of silver commonly used in fine jewellery.

• The number "925" means that the metal is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper.

• Pure silver (99.9%) is too soft for jewellery, so small amounts of other metals are added to make it more durable and suitable for daily wear.

• 925 silver retains the beautiful shine and luxury feel of silver, while being strong enough to last for years.

Look for a "925" or "Sterling" hallmark. Also, real silver is not magnetic!

Yes! We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small shipping fee of ₹100 may be applicable and will be shown at checkout.

Once your order is placed, it goes through a quality check and is packed securely.

• Processing time: 1–3 working days

• Delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You'll be notified as soon as your order is shipped.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If you're unavailable:

• They may contact you.

• If the order is undelivered, it will be returned to us.

We’ll get in touch to confirm whether you'd like us to resend the parcel (re-shipping charges may apply).

We’ll resolve the issue through refund or replacement as per our policy.

Once your jewellery is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime under the “My Orders” section on our website.

Currently, we only deliver within India. We’re working on enabling international shipping very soon, so stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram.

Yes, but only if your order has not been shipped yet. Please email us at support@ekaajewels.com or WhatsApp us within 12 hours of placing the order.

We work with trusted courier partners, but delays can sometimes happen due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions. If your order hasn’t reached you within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll help you right away.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that the 3-day return does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols other than in cases of defective/spurious products. EKAA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non refundable in case of returns

• In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.

Yes! Returns are accepted within 3 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.

We’re truly sorry! Email us photos of the issue, and we’ll replace it ASAP.

You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns.

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
