You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Silver coins and idols

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days .
• Refunds are made to your original mode of payment.
